John Morrissey - Senior Compliance Consultant
John is a Senior Consultant at Complyport and is the main contact for over 20 clients. He is reponsible for ensuring his clients adopt and adhere to a monitoring programme that is specified to their business, for the drafting and implementation of policy in line with MiFID, to act as an intermediary between his client(s) and the FSA, and to manage any projects that arise be it anything from a change of control application to a variation of permissions. On an ad-hoc basis John is also involved in project work which can be anything from Section 166 reviews to preparing clients for Arrow visits.
He has been at Complyport since January 2006 and prior to this he completed both a degree in law at Swansea University and subsequent to that he completed the post graduate Legal Practice Course at the University of Glamorgan.
