Stacey Aylett - Consultant
Stacey joined Complyport in June 2008 after studying for her Honours degree in Law at the University of Hertfordshire. During this time Stacey’s area of studies included constitutional and administrative law, equity and trusts and the law of contract. Stacey also has an extensive knowledge of European Law. At her university Stacey specialised in banking and financial services law and she brings her legal expertise and skills to the Investment Business team.
Stacey provides on-going support and regulatory guidance to a number of our clients and is responsible for assisting firms to adopt an appropriate compliance ethic within their firm. Stacey has strong working knowledge and experience within a wide range of elements of compliance and awareness of FSA rules and regulations. Stacey is responsible for a number of compliance reviews and numerous FSA applications and notifications.
Stacey has successfully completed the Investment Management Certificate and is an IMC member of CFA UK.
