Complypro tutorial

Complypro is a supplementary communication channel between Complyport and its clients. It takes the form of a web page, containing a growing number of application boxes, or "widgets" aimed at providing timely information to our customers. It is a developing system and we will be working hard to keep providing new and useful content over the coming months and years.

There are, at present, eight widgets available:

Calendar
The calendar details upcoming reporting dates and deadlines for FSA documents based on your company's FSA categorisation and RAG groups. Dates of note are coloured lilac. The calendar will gradually expand in functionality to incorporate proposed dates for Complyport's regular visits and later to incorporate a suggested model Compliance Framework. The calendar can be used in date view or agenda view for ease.

Model Documents
Complyport will provide a growing number of its "best practice" documents for Compliance Officers to use either as-is or to use as source materiel for their own documents. Currently we are providing a client-tailored Compliance Manual. As we update this manual in response to changing FSA regulation, notifications of the changes made will be posted in the "Latest" widget (see below).

Latest
A day-to-day précis of the work Complyport has been occupied with for you as our client. This diary also operates as a channel for reminders and notifications of changes to regulation (for instance changes to the model documents).

AML User
If your company is making use of Complyport's online Anti Money Laundering training course, this widget will contain day-to-day information of users' progress on the course. If you wish to use the Complyport AML course, please contact Danny Sims at daniel.sims@complyport.co.uk for information on what we would need to set up your company's employees on the system.

Controlled Functions
Complyport's listing of your company's personnel holding Controlled Functions with the FSA. These are the Controlled Functions reflected in the model Compliance Manual and is based on the information we hold.

Responsible Positions
Complyport's listing of your company's personnel holding Responsible Positions with the FSA. These are the Responsible Positions reflected in the model Compliance Manual and is based on the information we hold.

Interesting Reading
A newsfeed of articles Complyport's consultants regard as interesting or useful in the world of compliance and regulation. This is extracted from Complyport’s internal news aggregator which scans over 30,000 websites and blogs worldwide.
