Complyport CEO, Paul Grainger has contributed to a newly published book ‘Doing Business After Brexit’.

The book is a Practical Guide to the Legal Issues facing businesses as a result of Britain leaving the EU.

Edited and authored by Helen Tse, a corporate partner at Clarke Willmott Law firm, the book was published by Bloomsbury on 31 August 2017.

Paul contributed a thought leadership section that looks at the direct impact of Brexit upon the financial services sector both in the UK and the European Union (EU).

Complyport would like to invite you to our Brexit Briefing to consider the legal and regulatory issues arising out of Brexit and the immediate and future issues that financial services businesses are likely to face. Given the uncertainty regarding the Brexit Deal that will be negotiated, we will look at appropriate steps that can mitigate risk and how firms may take advantage of any opportunities.

We hope that you will be able to join us to explore the issues arising out of Brexit and celebrate the launch of the book with Helen and Paul.  We will be in London at 8:30am on Tuesday 3rd October.
